Cancellation Procedures

Every effort is made to host presentations without cancellations. In the event of inclement weather or a different emergency situation, cancellation information will be posted on the Arts and Ideas website and Aurora University social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. If time allows, registered guests will be notified of cancellations by email or telephone. Since some attendees come from beyond Aurora, the university will always consider the travel safety of guests, students, faculty and staff.
