George Williams College Day of Giving
May 6, 2017

On May 6, 170 undergraduate and graduate students will gather on the George Williams College Wisconsin campus for commencement. Before receiving their diplomas, they will hear the story of George Williams, uncivilized youth turned YMCA founder and GWC namesake.

The story of George Williams and his commitment to serve others continues to inspire today’s students, just as the ‘story’ inspired you as a student. Together, GWC students, faculty and staff comprise a distinctive community, dedicated to a century-old mission of “serving those who serve others.” If you were to attend commencement, you would be filled with a deep sense of pride. The GWC spirit remains very much alive today, a spirit that is born out of a unique history and mission.

On or before May 6, honor the members of the Class of 2017 by making a gift. Your contribution will remind today’s graduates that they join GWC alumni throughout the world who have a distinct passion and commitment to service and to others.

And your gift will help us continue to provide future students with the scholarship support, the programmatic opportunities and that certain passion that makes a GWC education so unique and fulfilling.
